Transportation

New Jersey Transit has trains that can take people all throughout New Jersey, Philadelphia, and New York City.

Via Train

From New York City:
Penn. Station -- Commuter Train to: Metropark in Iselin (Edison border) or Metuchen, Edison, or New Brunswick.

World Trade Center -- PATH Train to Newark, change to commuter train to Metorpark – Iselin, Metuchen, Edison, or New Brunswick.

From Philadelphia:
Commuter train to New Brunswick, change to Local Train to: Edison, Metuchen, or Metropark – Iselin.

From Amtrak Metroliner Stations at Washington, Baltimore, and Boston, direct service to Metropark – Iselin Station.

Via Bus

From all points to Major New York Bus Terminals:
To Port Authority Terminal – Frequent Express Bus service directo to Edison via Lincoln Tunnel and the New Jersey Turnpike.

Via Car

To/From: Metuchen
Easy access to/from the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Routes 1 and 287.

To/From: Piscataway
Easy access to/from I-287, Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 18, 22, 27, 28, 1, 9, I-78 and mini buses on weekdays from New Brunswick train station to Centennial Avenue.

Parking

Iselin: Metropark has a new municipal parking facility for those who need to leave their car at the station. There is daily and monthly parking available.

Metuchen: There are 11 parking lots in Metuchen. For location and a Guide to the Municipal Parking Areas, contact the Metuchen Parking Authority at 25 Pearl Street, (732) 548-5553.

Sticker Parking: Metuchen has sticker parking available which is sold on a quarterly or semi annual basis. Stickers are not transferable. If sticker parking is not available, your name will be placed on a waiting list and when space becomes available, you will be contacted.
